Libya’s NOC Sets Out Big Plans in International Pitch

Libya expects to raise more than $20 billion in revenue in 2019, with production running at around 1.25 million barrels per day, the company’s chairman Mustafa Sanalla said at a conference in Tunis. The Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) has reported that it has successfully revived an oil well that has stood abandoned for 16 years.
